Update January 16, 2026: The seller sent a replacement part, wrapped the part very carefully. Happy for the great customer service I received. He definitely listened to his customers.

I was happy when i saw tha package came in. This is the tractor-trailer that me and my husband drove overseas. But very disappointing when opened the box. Plastic wrapping the item came busted already, one of the railings handle is broken. You would assume for this type of fragile order, seller would use some bubble wrap or something that will prevent the items being shaken around while transporting, but no. Just wrapped in a cheap plastic and cardboard. For the price I paid, it's not worth it. Would not recommend this product.

Some of the small pieces broke off, being pretty thin, but probably moved around during shipment. Glued them back on, still looks great.

It’s an awesome item and unique! The seller seemed to have added some additional packaging to prevent damage. My only two biggest issues were the rails on the trailer neck still arrived bent along with the mirrors not having a sufficient area to stick them into (not a deal breaker can be touched with some glue) but that leads me to the price point - it’s a bit high for the little issues.

The product didn’t look like the image, arrived damaged and continued falling apart same day. I was disappointed with overall purchase and not worth the money.
